The Hotel is surrounded by the Church of Nativity from one side and Saint Elias Church from another, while it only takes a 10-minute walk to reach the Nativity church from the Hotel where Jesus Christ was born.

The Hotel currently contains 66 rooms, pending an increase in the number to reach the double.
